Shutter door extension help

Hello everyone,

I need to remove the ramp beneath the shutter and therefore the shutter and guide needs to be extended.

I got quote from two companies well over 500. I even told told them I will remove the ramp and make the surface ready for you. They are charging too much.

I was wondering if you guys could tell me where I could find panels for this shutter ? is it standard locking mechanism? Can I have it build somewhere?

Another question is , do I have to change the guides or I can wield into it?

My warehouse is in Park royal London.
