Everytime i go to turn my Focus Lights on in cold weather the dash lights and side lights at the rear never go on immediately. It seems to take about 10 mins before they decide to go on. The Main beam is ok. So I am driving in the dark for 10 mins before they go on. Its only a matter of time before I get pulled over. I have taken it to 4 garages still same problem. I have changed light switch I have had fuse box looked at they all reckon its fine. Of course by the time get to the garage to show the problem the lights are working fine. Any suggestions to what it could be?
