Hi guys
I've checked all the exterior pipes and the impeller and all seems clear. The pump is grunting away but sounds stuck so I've tried to get into the base under the pan but can't see how to get in. I've removed the 2 torx screws from the side of the footplate and the footplate frees up a bit but won't come away. I'd be very grateful if someone could advise me how to get access to the gubbins of this machine because I'm stumped. It's an SE24661/12. Thanks again for any help.
