Just removed all the silicone seal around 2 sides of a shower tray ... used mechanical effort for the bulk - then 'No Nonsense Sealant remover' for the rest (and all the bits.)

The concern is Silicone Remove 'dissolves' silicone .... sop any traces of it left could affect the reseal.

Anybody know how top neutralise the stuff ?

Best thought so far is white vinegar.
 
This silicone remover is mainly citrus oils. You can therefore remove traces of it with white spirit, alcohol (meths or isopropanol) or similar. I wouldn't use vinegar.
