Silent extractor fans

answer is in the link.
Very Low Noise
26.5 dB (A)

anything that moves causes vibration, vibration causes noise.
its a law of physics. it wont be silent.

What I'm asking is has anyone used one and been impressed with the noise reduction.
The one I have at the mo. is a manrose and the noise level is stated as 41dB. Can I assume that the "silent" one will be a bit more than half as noisy?

without meaning to be arsey or pedantic, 20.5db is half your manrose fan. i'm not sure i could tell the difference tbh!

i have a fan in my shower room as it doesnt have an opening window, it is quite noisy, not sure of the db tbh.

benefits of a noisy fan? helps to cover up the sounds of noisy farts! saves having to whistle.

Can you not fit a remote one ie with duct in the room and the fan elsewhere.

this is a very good value kit

I have a designer kitchen fan from above same company(fantronix) which is 37db and that is pretty quiet and smooth in operation!
