Siliconing a Aqualine Hydromassage shower "pod"

I have installed the above shower pod in our bathroom and the plumbing side has been carried out by a good plumber.
In the instructions it is pretty ambiguous about sealing it but somewhere on their website they advice using silicone between any joints before they are bolted together. In other words any bolts have gone through wet silicone which has cured and hopefully made a good seal.
The normal process for sealing around the tray seems to be to do it around the back so that water cant get trapped and will run freely back into the tray. What worries us is that although the joints between sides and back and tray are joined and sealed between with silicone any water will reach these ,hopefully sealed, bolt holes before it reaches the silicone at the back and if they aren't completely watertight water will leak through them. I hope that makes sense, if anyone has any experience with these pods could you give some advice please. Thanks

If it` been installed by a qualified plumber, you need not worry about it leaking where you think it might. Think you are worrying a bit too much to be honest. Have fitted these, they tend to be pretty watertight.
