leaking shower pod

Hey I have a shower pod that keeps leaking through the seales even though I've silicion it up well with forever white silcione. Any advice on why this maybe happening.

I have sealed it with silcone at the places were it needs doing, however whn it was fit it never had silcone put on between the places were it is screwed together. It has just been sealed up afterwards. could this be causing the problem?

Will silcone inbetween the gaps be enough to seal it or does it need taking apart and silcone puting in as it gets screwed together.
