So i decided to redecorate a room, first i striped off the old wallpaper to find to my horror old red silk pant the previous tents had left on the plaster behind. I tried to key down the silk and apply a mist coat, but it started to blister an peel away.
I've attached an image of the problem.
Any ideas on how i can rectify my problem would be greatly appreciated.
