I thought maybe they had stopped making it. In the mid-80s every shopping precinct I went to had the remnants of "Silly String" lying around non-biodegrading!

But, they do sell it.

Does anyone have experience of cleaning this stuff up? I'm assuming it is just some kind of instantly-curing polyurethane or similar?

Will it stain my pale-coloured carpet if I let someone spray some indoors?

i seen something on the tv the other week about the military have been spending millions on something that can detect wires for booby traps in caves. There was a party and one of the soldiers sprayed some of this stuff and it landed on a washing line in the room, and one of the soldiers got on to it. problem solved and they are in use now, im not sure if there issued or they have to buy it themselves  i think it costs a pound
