SIME 80 Format - how to increase pressure?

Hi,
We have just tried turning on our SIME 80 Format boiler for our central heating (after 8 months of it being off) but the pressure seems to be stuck at 0.

Does anyone know how to increase the pressure to 1 where it should be?
