Simple swap / replacement for old CH / HW timer? Pictures of old one.

Hi All.

Old friend's house. Their ancient timer motor is very noisy. (See picture).
It offers HW only or HW / CH.
They would like a VERY SIMPLE drop in replacement if possible. (Even same shape if possible).
I have researched a little and I believe this would be suitable......

I know they are overpriced for their age etc.
Any opinions?

If you want to stay with same footprint and features that's as good as it gets.
SMC were actually a pump manufacturer long gone .
