Single Floor Extension

Hi there,

Thinking of replacing the asbestos garage with a brick garage and integrating this into the house.

Would also like to make the extension full length of the house, and make another room at the end of the garage.

Rough dimensions would be 3m by 8m by 2.4 meters high before putting the roof on.

Can anyone give any advice on costs, and what would be needed in respect of foundations etc.

Dont mind doing the digging etc, but I would need a builder for the brick and roofing work.
