1. Check and see if there is a set screw / Allen grub screw in the back of the top circular part.
2. If there is, loosen it and pull top circular part off upwards.
3. If not, pull top circular part off upwards.
4. If it is tight to pull, try descaling fluid (e.g. Kilrock), or pour a kettle of very hot water over the tap. If its thermostatic (which I doubt) don't go over 80 degrees.
