The real problem is the French wall and Spanish tiles

Bash the spout with a @lemon_1 until one ends up getting re-shaped by the other. It'll either fix the problem by bending the spout into the correct shape, fix the other problem by knocking the lemony one out and stopping him putting stupid and pointless posts up for a while, or achieve both in one go
