Where can I get overflow parts for a kitchen sink?

I've looked everywhere on the net and I cannot find anyone who does the overflow parts for an old Franke kitchen sink?

The overflow has a rectangular shaped holes.

I have tried Franke. As the sink is an old model, they have stopped producing it. I was wondering if anyone else produce something similar.
