Sink Mistake

I foolishly ordered a ceramic sink with a right hand drainer, (when I needed a left) because the specs said it was reversible. I have bought a white plastic blanking plate for the hole, but it looks terrible. Does anyone know if I can buy a ceramic plate that we can silicone in? Any help much appricated!
