Hello

I've picked up a stainless steel kitchen sink that is reversible. We wanted a reversible sink so we could move the drainer to the right side of the sink.

It has 2 tap holes opposite each other on the edge of the sink.

Two questions:

How do I neatly cover the unused tap-hole?

Can I get a sink with the drainer on the right of the bowl without a spare tap hole?

Alternatively, can I get a sink that allows the installer to cut the hole?

Cheers!

You can buy caps from plumbers merchants....Normally they come with the sink though.
Cheers for reply.

Do you know if you can get either a stainless steel sink that allows the hole to be cut or a sink with a right-side drainer and only 1 tap-hole.

I think the cover looks messy.

Thanks

I have had them produced by customers to install in the past (seldom thank them for it :P ) I have a vague recollection of them being Ikea sinks.

Most stainless steel reversible sink tops come with 2 tapholes for monobloc taps.....and they come with the blank as standard.

You should be able to get a taphole stopper from your local merchant or DIY shed.

fit a pop up waste in the front hole they have both holes to reverse the sink and/or fit the pop up, dont think the blank looks too bad to be honest, i'm sure you can get specific sinks, but in this day and age everything is about saving costs on manufacturing/storing different types etc
