anybody know where i can get a 3 inch (internal diameter) rubber seal from?

All I seem to find is ones in america

it goes between a lever handle waste and the sink

cheers for that ive emailed seller as the description is a bit vague

I think I have tried every plumbing related shop and they all looked and said nope, nothing of that size
