Hi all

I am planning a new kitchen which involves moving the sink to the other end of the room.

There are no outside drains on the other side of the house so I'd need to run the sink waste all the way around the sides of the room, meaning the new sink would be 10m from the current drain. The room is L shaped so it would have to go round one external corner and two internals.

I can't run it outside the house as the door is in the way.

I am aware of the need to have access if it blocks, but the pipe would need to go behind all the kitchen units so I'd have to work out some kind of access system, but with the length and number of bends am I asking for trouble?

I really want to avoid having to fit a new soil stack and link to a drain outside but would a new stack be a better solution long term?

Thanks in advance for any help that can be given

You could run the waste in 50mm with strategically placed horizontal swept Tees with access (rodding) points protruding into storage units.

You're b*******d tho if if you've got a cooker or appliance along the route.

Better to modify the drainage to rethink design to suit existing.
