Sip extension side.extention 2 floors Including roof. Wanting to get ideas on pricing on sips compared to traditional construction.

No expert, but have looked at something similar recently and I worked out that it came out to roughly the same cost wise. The biggest difference I saw was that I felt much more comfortable screwing panels together and putting cladding up than I did laying blocks and bricks. Which meant that it worked out cheaper to go the SIP route as I could save money by doing parts myself.
Always seems like SIPS go up more quickly, openings for windows are already there, therefore build can be made watertight sooner. Do SIPS need the same depth of foundations as a block/brick build?
