Vented copper cylinder
50 gallon of cold water storage
2m head from storage to cylinder
3 bar booster pump
Surrey flange
Should I increase connecting pipe to 28mm feed?

Where will the pump be located and how far will that be from the bathroom? If this is for 1 bathroom 3bar is probably OTT.

1. A Stuart Turner Monsoon 3 bar can pump a maximum of 60 litres per minute. Even with a 300 litre hot water cylinder that could empty the cylinder and cistern in less than 9 minutes, not allowing for mains replenishment.
2. Best to look at the flow rates of your showers. Sum them, then use a shower pump which can supply the maximum flow of both simultaneously.
3. 22 mm should be fine for 60 lpm assuming the pipe length (not head) is about 4 metres. There are online calculators you can use. They need to know velocity. Recommended velocity figures are 3.0 metres / sec for cold and 2.5 for hot.
