skimming onto brown side

Just to get back on track.....
I thought the reason you shouldn't plaster the brown side is that the paper overlap isn't always completely glued so there's a chance that the skim could "flop off".

oh yes..............that's what we were talking about ;)

no idea reg but i can see where you're coming from mate, as some of the other chaps have skimmed brown side i won't worry too much, i would NEVER fit board that wat round but customers has done own prep etc so will point out his mistake and just get on with it.

Seems like we're holidaying in shifts around here, 2 in 2 out, will do my best to help keep 'the ship afloat' while RC and Alastair are away.
