Can anyone please help me? My flat has skirting board heating, it broke last year and now it's getting colder I really would like to fix it, but I haven't got a clue where to start. I can not even work out if i am meant to be able to be able to unclip the cover and if so how. I can't tell you what make it is as I don't know where to look. The only things I can say is that when I try replacing the fuse it just blows and the heater in the bedroom that feeds back to the central heating clock as well still works. So I guess it is probably a problem with that circuit, but how do I go about even seeing where the problem is?
