Skirting/trunking in lean-to?

I've got a lean-to/conservatory which has no skirting at all. I'd quite like to put some in but in-keeping with the white uPVC look. I'd also like it to be able to hide a cable or two.

I've had a search online but tend to find either solid skirting, or trunking which doesn't really look like a skirting board.

If anyone has any recommendations it'd be much appreciated!

could you not make up a boxing detail then skirt that?

or i have seen a system where the boxing is the skirting.
