"Outbuilding" suggests there's distance involved. In that case the appropriate solution is a Cat baluns system. You'll need some other things too: a 1:2 HDMI 'splitter' distribution amp; a sound system at the outbuilding end, and some way of controlling the Sky box. This could be IR via the Cat baluns or IR over RF2 lead (Sky magic eye) or the Sky control app for smart phones if your box is networked and your wireless signal has good reach.
