Hi all, hope someone may be able to advise me here. My partner lives in a small village in Oxfordshire, and has Sky TV and broadband. Sky are charging her 17.50 month for the broadband, money she can ill afford. Ive just spoken to them on the phone, they are saying there is a premium on the cost due to the exchange not being able to handle the connection. The only way she could get it cheaper is if someone else drops out and they can utilise the spare capacity.
Strangely she wasnt told this when she signed up! Can someone advise if they are pulling a fast one or this is actually the case! Many thanks.
