SKY TV Aerial connection

I have just bought a new foxsat digital freesat recorder which will replace my sky+ box, at a great annual saving!
The present sky+box has two wires from the satellite dish. How can I take them out of the skybox - they appear to be screwed in - and I do not wish to break the connections?
I would be grateful for any advice.

The male (cable side) connector has a threaded ring that screws onto the female (device side) connector, just unscrew it and pull the connector out.

When recconeding them to the new box make sure the center wire goes into the hole, sometimes it takes a bit of manipulation to get them to go in.
