Slabbing Query

Afternoon All,

Just a quickie, can anyone give advice attempting a small slabbing job just need an idea of how much of hardcore/sand/cement i need etc based on sizes:

As its not a huge area I'm only buying the 25kg bags on MOT Type 1/Sand and Cement

Question is how many:

25kg MOT Type 1
Sharp Sand
Cement

Based on a slabbing area of 1700 x 1700

If anyone could give me an idea

Hi. Id guess to lay them it would take 3 to 4 mixes. So 2x cement and 10 sand. Sub base is depending on your levels and ground conditions. Personaly id put a minimum of 4 inches there.

0.5 tonne of MOT type 1

10 x 25kg bags of sand.

2 x 25kg bags of cement.
