Sluggish electric window

2001 Rover 45 TD

The driver's window is getting slower and slower when moving down.

Is there anything to lubricate on the runner or motor ?

Maybe you could try spraying the window runners with some silicone spray but it won't last too long.
It could be a good move to remove the door card and lubricate any pulleys or rack gears that you see. Usually any issues come to light pushing the window back up rather than down!
If there is any rust around the motor, it may well have got inside and stiffened up the bushes at the motor end.
