we are in a 3 bed semi. in the box room, on the wall which is on detached side i have noticed a small patch of damp.
I have uploaded a photo in my album.

at the location of spot on the outside wall there are no downpipes which might be leaking. i can not tell by looking at the wall outside if it is also damp at the same place
it has stayed same size for at least 3 months or so.
what can be the cause? and what can i do?
