Small holes and tear in roof felt. Options?

Hi all

I have a broken roof tile right at the apex of my roof. I'm going to get a quote for replacing it. But I noticed in the loft today that you can see daylight through a few small holes and a small tear in the felt beneath the broken tile.

Is there a usual way that a small piece of felt can be patched up or repaired in such cases?
