SMEG D16012 Dish washer won't run

Hi, the dish washer was working fine but then suddenly stopped running. Pics attached.

1st from left light continuously flashes and beaps.
5th from left light is ON continuously.
The two red lights at the end are ON constantly.

When the door is shut it makes a buzzing noise as if its running but no water input.
Checked water inlet & drain. Can't see any issues.

Any suggestions plz..
