SMEG FAB30 light switch replacement

The light switch on our SMEG FAB30 Fridge Freezer has failed. I have a new switch but am having difficulty in removing the old switch.
The thermostat, light and switch are house in the same pod in the fridge compartment.
I have removed the lamp,ant the screw that is mounted just above the lamp.
How do I now remove the pod to replace the switch.
Can anyone help please?
