SMEG WDI 16 BA WASHER/DRYER

Hello.
Could someone please help me, I have a problem with my washer/dryer.
When I turn it on it stays on for about 10-12 minutes then ERROR 14 comes on and the washer stops its cycle. It also happened yesterday when I had the dryer on it said ERROR 10. PLEASE HELP.
