Snickers Rip Off

The drop in quality since Cadburys were bought up and looted by Kraft/Mondelez is often attributed to cheapening the mix by adding palm oil, which makes it soft, greasy and sticky. Terrys chocolate Orange is also now vile (now made by Mondelez in Poland since they also closed the Terry's factory in York).

A reputation which took a hundred years to build destroyed in the chase of short-term profit.

I suppose if the bosses come from a country that thinks Hersheys is edible, you can't expect them to know what chocolate is.

Many people (incl me) now don't buy sticky Mondelez products.

"On March 17, 2010, Kraft Foods said it was "truly sorry" for its closure of Cadbury's Somerdale Factory. Senior Kraft executive Marc Firestone made the public apology to MPs at a parliamentary select committee hearing.[40] In March 2011 Kraft closed the plant, listing the site for £50 million and outsourcing production (which the company had promised not to do) to Poland. Although former Cadbury workers demanded an apology for the plant's abrupt sale, Kraft CEO Irene Rosenfeld did not explain the company's action"

Agreed, Cadbury isn't Cadbury anymore.
I was given a bag of giant choc buttons for Christmas - I couldn't eat them, they were vile. Left nasty back taste too. I thought it was just me. I threw a few in the garden as we have mice living under the shed see what would happen as mice love chocolate, they wouldn't eat them either!

Can one ever get enough? Not smoked for donks, rarely drink these days, never been fitter in fact, 40 press ups a day, amongst other things, I like to run around with my boys instead of being one of those lazy turds down the park who sits on a bench on his phone eating Snickers.

Not just the size that's decreasing, but the quality as well. Had a Double Decker for the first time in years, recently. Tasted like cack - nothing like it used to. And Cadburys Dairy Milk is now over sweetened and lower quality. Won't bother with any Cadburys products again.

I was going to comment but then saw your avatar. So pointless, so won't bother

Wagon Wheels? It wasn't just that they seemed larger because we were kids then - They really did get smaller.
Aye they used to be

"The biggest biscuit you ever did see Wagon Wheels "

Not so big now though eh

Ok apologies, I don't like to offend but for the future is it OK to use any of these terms?
