With Christmas visitors due in a few weeks gotta try to find something to solve my snoring problem! Has anybody had any experience (good or bad) of the myriad of claimed "cures" for snoring (google the word and see how may claims you get!)

Lose weight, don't drink alcohol before bed, prop yerself up with 3 pillows, sleep on your side and use nasal strips. 
One cure to stop snoring I find is to make the missus sleep in another room, bliss!
