Snorkel Vents - Airbricks

Just found these when looking for S shape telescopic "airbrick vents" the main purpose is for flood defence but Im thinking of using for something different

Quite a simple solution if your vents are to low to ground level (which after a previous owners block paving job - they are actually 9/10th covered)

Anybody had any experience with them - look a doodle to fit in comparison to fitting the telescopic vents if you can put up with the look of them on the exterior (can be painted)

It depends if you want those monstrous plastic things in full view around the house.

There are much better, more discrete solutions
