When I was a boy you could buy sheets of softboard. It was a fibre type board that was handy for notice boards and the like as it was easy to get a drawing pin in. Seems the nearest I can get now is mdf, not quite the same.

Anyone know where I can get some?

Thanks in advance

You want to look for Sundela or karlit board, which are best for pin boards, there is also a softer board which goes by the name Tentis board which has a straw coloured core and ivory face, this can look a bit of a mess if pins go in & out a lot.

This is my local supplier, but any panel specialist should have the equivalent.
