In the process of refitting my family bathroom, as per the usual layout of new ish built homes (18 years) my soil pipe was boxed in right in the middle of the bathroom, it serves the wc down stairs and the EnSite also connects to it.

Can i simply put a 90 degree bend on the dry side of the vent and core out the wall to route this out side?.... fitting a vanity unit so can hide at least 600 behind the unit.

Are you talking about just the toilet part or whole stack?

That's exactly what I did to our (then) house 30 years ago - bends, offsets etc. are fine on the dry section . But make sure it terminates 900mm above any window within 4 ? metres. ( It was imperial feet when I did mine ;))
