Hi, does anyone know if it is ok under regs to situate an air admittance pipe inside (upstairs bathroom)? Background - the soil pipe is badly positioned and intrusive so i'm thinking through options - I'm moving house in the next few months so I don't want to give the surveyor anything to worry about!

There has to be an open vent as well as the air valve in the property. valve can be inside or in loft.

Thanks, although it wasn't the answer I was hoping for. Looks like I'll have to put the soil pipe through the outside wall and route the vent that way.
