I have a cast iron soil pipe which goes into a ceramic joint at inside ground level. The ceramic joint hass cracked right through in 2 places so will need to be replaced.

How do I go about it??

If its just cracked you may be able to build a sand and cement collar around it.
If its cracked and leaking try doing the same but wrap some denso tape around it first.
If it needs replacing its a bigger job as you may need to dig out and re-connect to the subterranean pipework and some or all of the soil stack
