Soil Stack / 3 corner connector ?

Currently our vertical soil stack is connected to a 90 degr bend at the bottom which then has a triple socket branch to pick the soil up from a toilet which is about 45 cm away from the main stack and then runs horizontally to another toilet and out of the property.

Is it possible to have a three way corner branch rather than a 90 degr bend fixed to a triple socket - I ask as space is very tight ?

I know I can source these but I only need three connectors and not the four shown ?

Put a cap in the top of the one you've posted. If it's a screwed access, so much the better - it can be used for rodding if you get a blockage
