My soil pipe hasnt got a cover on it so went to wickes and got a 110mm cover for £2.05 i thought it would either fit just inside pipe or just over pipe but it just sits on top as the pipe cover is exactly the same diameter as the pipe.Is it me am i missing something so how does the cover stay attached to the pipe?????
