I want to extend an internal soil pipe to vent out above the roof. Does the pipe have to be 110mm the same as the rest of the system or can I use a smaller diameter pipe? There is no other other vent to atmosphere in the system which goes to a septic tank. thanks.

b.c have allowed svp's to be reduced to 65mm rainwater size in the past, so i can't see why not.
