Solar Lighting

Am blitzing this forum at the moment, but it looks like it could be handy!! I'm toying with the idea of putting an outside light up but I really dont want the hassle of running mains outside. I have found some 'solar powered' security lights with PIR sensors. Has anyone used these? It looks like the solar panel charges up a lead acid battery, but I just wonder if it can provide enough juice. The panel looks like it is about A5 sized and the bulb is a 10Watt Halogen

solar lights are usually only good for a glow, even @ 10w its not that bright, still it will be better than nothing
