Soldering chrome pipe

Any problem soldering copper pipe to chrome plated? I know you can't use push fittings on chrome.[/b]
 
Put it in the fitting and mark on pipe how far up the fitting comes then put some tape around pipe just above this (about 1mm) to protect then file of the chrome and solder as normal .
