I live in a converted flat and I about to change my internal front door. I want a fireproof solid wood white Shaker style door. I need a solid wood door as it needs to have a Yale lock fitted and more importantly I need it to be soundproof. I guess it can have a solid core? It does not have to be solid wood? Any suggestions?
