Hello, I'm looking to get Karndean or similar fitted but I am receiving so many conflicting opinions on whether to board the floor first or to use a fibre re-enforced compound. The underfloor heating is wet and the pipes are laid between the channels on a hard compressed 25mm foam. If you board it, you can't nail it down (I assume you could glue it down?). If you use the fibre re-enforced compound directly over the compressed foam and heating, how much do you use and at what height level is acceptable/minimal?

Any advice would be appreciated
