Some rooms hot some rooms cold

My central heating is working but two rooms in the house dont seem to get very warm even though the rads are on. Can anyone tell me how to adjust the rads so the hot rooms are cooler and the others get more heat. If I turn the stat up so the cool rooms are warm enough the hotter rooms are too hot.

Do you have thermostatic rad valves fitted. If not how old is your heating system
