Someone please help. All wires are red....!!!!!!!!

Hi,

I replaced all the light switches in my flat. Copied existing wiring.
All the lights are fine except the hallway.

There is ONE light and TWO swithces at both ends.

Switch one by frontdoor: THREE red wires. Light switch have L, L1 and L2.

Switch two at other end: FOUR red wires. Light swich have L, L1 and L2.

Please help. I cant seem to get the switched so can control each other.
I do no have a light meter.

Without a multi-meter(not a light meter) you are going to have difficulty in resolving this. Same old question I'm afraid but did you note which wires went to which teminals on the ones you took off?

i thought i copied it exactly the same, but must have done something wrong, and i think that totally stuffed it up now....

I can get it to work on one side, but then the other wont switch the light off.

I can go and buy a meter tomorrow. Can you guide me how to use this and fix the problem?
